    • Sign a letter of intent (LOI)
    • Learn the story and history behind the business
    • Conduct due diligence (accounting, legal, contracts, etc.)
    • Identify growth opportunities and create a 100-day business plan

    • Sign the final purchase and sale (PSA) agreement
    • Transfer funds to outgoing owner
